CHARLEMONT, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Attorney General’s Office has approved the General and Zoning Bylaws passed in Charlemont’s Town Meeting earlier this year. One of the articles was in regards to Accessory Dwelling Units, or ADUs, with comments on the parking regulations, ensuring the town does not require more than one parking space for a protected use ADU.
