(Combined Sources) Non-profit Center for Tech and Civic Life has awarded grant to two Franklin County towns for their elections. $5000 was awarded to Northfield and Orange. The funding will cover extra costs that many towns are encountering this year due to Covid-19. The grant money will pay for additional postage to mail ballots to voters and to hire more poll workers for November 3rd. Polls will be open in Orange at St Mary’s Parish Center. Northfield voters will cast ballots at Northfield Town Hall.
