(Hadley, MA) — An Amherst woman has been arrested on OUI charges after allegedly hitting a baby stroller with her car in a Hadley parking lot. Hadley Police say 43-year-old Tammy Haut-Donahue was arrested after striking the stroller which had a 17-month-old baby inside in the parking lot of the Mountain Farms Mall. The child was not injured. Haut-Donahue is set to be arraigned today in Eastern Hampshire District Court.
