(GREENFIELD) — A second day of severe weather is possible today in Franklin County. Strong thunderstorms barreled through the area yesterday, particularly in the northern and eastern portions of the county.

Power was out in most of Orange on Sunday, but National Grid is reporting just a few customers still without service as of this morning.

The National Weather Service says the atmosphere is set up for a repeat performance today, mostly from mid-afternoon through the early evening hours. Storms will not be widespread, however, meaning some areas may experience severe weather while other areas will remain mostly dry.
