(Combined Sources) Some area private schools have made the decision to begin the year fully remote. This includes Stoneleigh-Burnham School in Greenfield and the Academy at Charlemont. Like public schools, surveys of parents, staff and administrators led to the decision. The Academy would like to have students back in the classroom by second semester. The Stoneleigh Burnham School has spent the summer creating an online learning system to help their international students, which make up 30 percent of their student population.
