(Greenfield, MA) The Greenfield Historical Commission is holding a public information session next Monday to share details and answer questions about the search for artifacts from the Great Falls Massacre of 1676. The project is in its third phase of surveying land for artifacts that will help us better understand the major event. On Wednesday, the search resulted in the discovery of a grouping of musket balls on Meridian Street in Greenfield. More details will be shared at the John Zon Community Center on October 30th at 7 p.m.
