GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — In Franklin County Superior Court, an Athol man was sentenced to five to seven years in prison after he pleaded guilty to charges of indecent assault and battery on a child, two counts of rape and abuse of a child, and providing alcohol to someone under 21 years old.
Timothy Erikson, 47 years old, appeared in court Thursday to change his plea in relation to incidents from 2021 with the then 13 year old victim.
