ATHOL, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — In an effort to improve housing and commercial development opportunities along the Route 2A corridor between Athol and Orange, a study is being undertaken by the Montachusett Regional Planning Commission with funding from the state’s District Local Technical Assistance Program.
The latest draft has been reviewed by the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation and the next step will be diving into zoning issues in the area.
