Athol To Begin Construction On 43 Unit Affordable Housing Development

(Athol, MA) Athol’s Town Manager Shaun Sohoski has said he’s hopeful that the start of construction on the transformation of the downtown municipal parking deck into a housing development will happen this year. The development would provide 43 units of affordable housing for the community. The project is estimated to cost around $10 million.
