ATHOL, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Athol’s Town Clerk, Nancy Burnham, has been named Town Clerk of the Year by the Massachusetts Town Clerks Association. Burnham has served the community for nearly 40 years after being hired in 1988 and becoming town clerk in 1996.
