GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Greenfield and state police are investigating the robbery of over $100,000 from the Greenfield Savings Bank ATM tree in the Big Y plaza.
The robbery occurred early Friday morning. Responding officers found a running pickup truck that had been used to pull the front of the ATM off, but got stuck afterwards, It is believed that the suspects took off to a second vehicle.
It is unclear at this time how long it will take to get the ATM back in working order.
