(Boston, MA) On Tuesday, the Baker-Polito Administration announced the creation of a Nursing Home Resource Line to connect family and friends of nursing home and rest home residents with information and resources. The phone line will be open seven days a week, from 9am to 5pm. The number for the phone line is (617) 660-5399. Staff will coordinate with state agencies to find answers to questions or concerns about the care a loved one is receiving during the pandemic.
