Bernardston Parade To Celebrate Bud Foster’s 100th Birthday

(Bernardston, MA) — Bernardston residents will take to the streets today to honor one of that town’s favorite sons. Foster’s Supermarket founder Frank “Bud “Foster turns 100 on Friday, May 22, and to celebrate, a parade will run through the center of town beginning at 10 am. All parade participants will be asked to stay in their cars to ensure proper social distancing, and afterward, there will be a drive-by cupcake pickup at the Bernardston Senior Center. A total of 100 cupcakes will be available, one for each year of Foster’s life.
