Bomb Threat Closes Holyoke Mall, No Explosives Found

(Holyoke, MA) — A bomb threat yesterday forced the temporary closure of the Holyoke Mall. A call came in late morning saying there was an explosive device in the building. The State Police Bomb Squad and K9 units for the state and UMass Police searched the building with Holyoke Police. No evidence of a bomb was found.
