GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — According to a report at MarketWatch.com, Kennametal plans to close its facility in Greenfield as part of an effort to cut $200 million in costs.
The tool manufacturer intends to close its Greenfield facility and consolidate two sites in Spain into a single location. The Greenfield facility is expected to stop operating in April and close by the end of the year.
