ORANGE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — UPDATE: A family has been displaced as a result of the second alarm fire on Rogers Avenue Sunday afternoon.
The fire also caused minor injuries to one firefighter and claimed the lives of several family pets.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation. Mutual aid was provided by the Turners Falls, Athol, Phillipston, New Salem, Wendell, Erving, Wendell, Warwick, and Greenfield Fire Departments.

As of 4:40 p.m. crews were still on scene at a second alarm fire on Rogers Avenue in Orange Sunday.
The structure fire was first reported at 4:10 p.m. and was upgraded to a second alarm at 4:19 p.m. Mutual aid was provided by the Turners Falls Fire Department.
