BUCKLAND, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Town of Buckland is holding a public hearing on proposed revision to their Zoning Bylaw related to definitions and performance standards for short-term residential rentals. The proposed revisions would require hosts of short-term rentals to register their rental with the town, including health and building code inspections. All existing short-term rentals would have six months to come into compliance with the updated Zoning Bylaws once they become effective. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 26th at 7 p.m. in the Buckland Town Hall.
