WASHINGTON, DC (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A reward of up to $40,000 is being offered by the Washington, D.C. Police and the FBI for information on the three person shooting where UMass Amherst student, Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, was killed last week.

So far, police believe multiple suspects exited a vehicle on 7th Street and released gunfire, hitting three people of which Tarpinian-Jachym is not believed to be the intended target.

Washington Police are still offering their $25,000 reward for information on the incident and the FBI are now offering their own $15,000 reward.
