CDC: Franklin And Hampshire Counties “Moderate” Threat To Contract COVID, Still Lowest In State

That from the Centers For Disease Control, who upped the Franklin-Hampshire designations from low to moderate, which is still the lowest threat level of any county in the commonwealth. The Mass. Department of Public Health also reports 5 new deaths and another 962 COVID cases since yesterday.
