(undated) — The Centers For Disease Control has issued new cleaning recommendations to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The organization recommends that surfaces which are touched multiple times be cleaned at least once a day, but that disinfection in indoor settings, including homes and schools, is only recommended when there’s been a suspected or confirmed COVID case. Proper mask wearing and hand washing is also recommended. The CDC says there has been a recent spike in contagion among younger people even as the numbers of vaccinated individuals continues to rise.
