CHARLEMONT, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Proposed changes to Charlemont’s cell tower bylaws will be presented to voters at the Annual Town Meeting on May 28th. The changes include adding small cell amplifiers and requiring applicants to have insurance policies and to conduct visibility testing 30 days before the public hearing.
