GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Children’s Advocacy Center of Franklin County and the North Quabbin region is gearing up to mark Child Abuse Prevention & Awareness Month next week and throughout the month with flag-raising ceremonies in Greenfield and Athol.
The public is invited to a flag-raising ceremony at the Athol Library on Friday, April 11th, at 9:30 a.m. In Greenfield, a program including speakers, dancers, and the raising of the Child Abuse Prevention flag will take place Friday, April 18 at 11 a.m. on the Greenfield Common. There will be a reception following the event at the Greenfield Public Library, 412 Main St., Greenfield.
