GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A citizen’s petition on Accessory Dwelling Unit regulations has been submitted to Greenfield City Hall by housing advocates Joan Marie Jackson and Mitchell Speight. Four amendments are proposed in the petition including requiring a special permit to construct an ADU and limiting the number of ADUs allowed on single family lots to one.
