(Greenfield, MA) *Update* The City Council Special Meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, May 16th.

City Council has called for a Special Meeting to discuss in Executive Session the outcome of the Buchanan & Dodge v. City of Greenfield civil suit court case with the city’s attorney, Leonard Kesten. They will discuss the ramifications to the city based on the outcome of the court case. The meeting will not focus on the individual employees involved in the case, but the case itself as it pertains to the city.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 11th at 6 p.m. and consequently, the Appointments & Ordinances meeting scheduled at that time will be cancelled. City Council will meet in an Executive Session, closed to the public, as they will be discussing sensitive nature of the meeting.
