(Greenfield, MA) Greenfield City Council may have a new Precinct 8 councilor after tonight’s City Council meeting. On the agenda is a vote on a potential appointment to fill the vacancy left by former councilor Douglas Mayo after his resignation. Greenfield resident of 20 years Lora Wondolowski submitted a letter of interest to fill the vacancy through December 2025. Wondolowski has served on the board of the Connecticut River Conservancy, the United Way of Pioneer Valley and other community organizations. The meeting is expected to start at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, at the John Zon Community Center and streamed live on GCTV.
