(Boston, MA) Massachusetts restaurants can now sell cocktails to go until the March 10 emergency order put in place by Governor Charlie Baker is lifted. Patrons are limited to two cocktails per entree order or no more than 64 ounces. The drink must be sold in a sealed container and must be sold in the same transaction as a food purchase. Establishments must already be licensed to sell alcohol to fall under this new exception. To read the bill in its entirety click here.
