COLRAIN, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) —  On Wednesday the Colrain Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to approve the variance for a cell tower on Call Road. The variance approves a 125 foot tower in a zone with a 120 foot height restriction. Next, the Planning Board will vote on the Special Permit in May.
