(Colrain, MA) Ahead of the November 14th Special Town Meeting in Colrain, the finance committee has come out with a unanimous positive recommendation to approve the transfer of $50,000 from Highway Department Wages to Highway Department Contracted Services for snow and ice removal, a new account. The finance committee met on Wednesday to discuss this article which will be voted on by the town next Tuesday at the Colrain Central School.
