COLRAIN, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — At the request of the Town Clerk, Emma Coburn, the Colrain Select Board voted at their open meeting on Tuesday March 24th to opt-out of vote by mail and in-person early voting due to the costs associated and low turnout for both voting methods. The Annual Town Election will be held on May 12th at the Colrain Town Offices.
