COLRAIN, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Several local communities have made steps to ban kratom, in either its natural or synthetic form, including Greenfield and Northampton. A ban is now being considered by colrain as well. Kratom is sold in convenience stores, nicknamed ‘gas station heroin’ because it is opioid effects, which can be stronger in the synthetic form.
