GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Community Action Pioneer Valley is working to distribute funds finally released for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, LIHEAP. During the delay, Community Action had moved to an emergency-only assistance status but officials say they are now in the process of getting aid to applicants.
