BUCKLAND, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The first of six community forums for the Mohawk-Hawlemont School Sustainability Study was held Tuesday evening at the Buckland-Shelburne Elementary School.

After a presentation on the study and its findings which lay out five models ranging from no changes to condensing elementary schools to forming a single campus at Mohawk, the community members shared questions about potential changes that go beyond the buildings and cost-savings, asking about educational outcomes and student experiences.
