(Orange, MA) The Corner Cafe in Orange has won a nationwide recipe contest put out by General Mills called the Neighborhood Nation contest. The Maple Brownie Cakes with Candied Bacon uses Gold Medal Chocolate Brownie Mix made by General Mills. Entrants of the contest had to submit a photo for entry and a recipe using at least one ingredient from General Mills Foodservice. A total of 20 recipes were chosen from Louisiana, North Carolina, Mississippi, Vermont, Texas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Arizona, Wisconsin, Minnesota, California, Arkansas, and of course Massachusetts. Corner Cafe is located in Orange at the back of Trailhead Outfitter & General Store.
