Five people have died from COVID-19 in the City of Greenfield. The updated numbers were released by the mayor’s office. The state has also confirmed 25 cases of the virus in the city, a number which city officials expect will rise in the next week. Greenfield Mayor Roxann Wedegartner has scheduled a press conference for 4:00 pm Friday at the John Zon Center, which is now serving as the city’s Emergency Operations Center.
