(Greenfield, MA) The COVID-19 vaccine chaos continues in Massachusetts as local and state officials scramble to get a hold of what has turned out to be a difficult and challenging roll out. The Greenfield Department of Public Health is asking the public for patience as their team tries to sort through appointment requests. Apparently, the number of vaccine appointments at the Greenfield location exceeds the amount listed on the Massachusetts state vaccine website, but the glitch is slow in working itself out.
In the meantime, anyone looking for an appointment at the Greenfield location can call and leave a message at (413) 775-6411 or reach out by email at clinics@greenfield-ma.gov. Massachusetts Public Health officials are warning people that access the mass.gov COVID-19 vaccine website that they might be placed on a digital hold for a period of time before they receive an opportunity to book an appointment.
