GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — An appeal has been filed against the CSO permit for a temporary homeless shelter on Arch Street, claiming the use does not align with current zoning for the location. The temporary shelter plans to have 45 beds while the Well Street shelter undergoes renovations. Greenfield resident Stephanie Duclos filed the appeal and claims the contractors are encroaching on her land and causing sewer back ups.
