DEERFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Deerfield Academy is transitioning to become a full boarding school, no longer admitting day students. Current day students will be allowed to commute, but new applicants only have the option to board. A new dorm is being built on campus to accommodate the new needs while keeping enrollment steady.
