(Deerfield, MA) Deerfield Academy is issuing $89 million in bonds to “bridge” funding with anticipated funding contributions for their dining renovations, with a traditional sit-down dining experience where students take turns waiting on tables along with other kitchen duties. During renovations, students will be in a temporary facility for meals. Also included in the renovation project will be improvements to their tennis pavilion and an athletics complex. Deerfield Academy currently receives an approximate average of $48 million a year from donors and alumni, with 655 students attending the school this year.
