(Franklin County) Four area towns are in the highest-risk category for COVID-19. Sunderland, Athol, Orange and Deerfield. Deerfield joined the other three late last week after reporting 32 new COVID cases. Greenfield and Montague are in the higher risk category or yellow area. Erving is the only Franklin County town in a low-risk category.
