(Deerfield, MA) — More legal wrangling over a project to bring a new Dollar General Store to Routes 5 and 10 in South Deerfield. The company looking to build the new store has filed a legal challenge related to a series of conditions placed on the project by the Deerfield Zoning Board of Appeals. Those same conditions have also been appealed by a citizen’s group opposed to the project. Deerfield ZBA members are expected to discuss the matter in private session at their monthly meeting later tonight.
