Deerfield Revised Solar Zoning Bylaw Headed Back To Town Meeting

(Deerfield, MA) — Deerfield’s proposed new solar bylaw is headed back to town meeting. The Deerfield Planning Board this week voted 6-1 to send the revised bylaw back before town meeting voters this October. The annual town meeting this summer approved a solar bylaw which some felt lacked specificity on the limits of constructing large-scale solar arrays in town.
