(Deerfield, MA) – A Deerfield Selectboard member has been named the 2021 Franklin County “Citizen Of The Year.” Carolyn Shores-Ness is the 39th person to win the honor, which is sponsored by The Recorder. Shores Ness was presented the award at this morning’s Franklin County Chamber of Commerce holiday breakfast.
