(Deerfield, MA) — Another Franklin County town has declared a state of emergency as it works to clean up from the floods of this past weekend. The Deerfield Selectboard issued the declaration Wednesday as the community continues to deal with a number of roads which were impacted by the weekend deluge. One of those roads is Routes 5 and 10 near Richardson’s Candy Kitchen, which remains covered in water despite state efforts to drain the area earlier this week,
