(Deerfield, MA) — The town of Deerfield once again has a full Zoning Board of Appeals. The Deerfield Selectboard reappointed two ZBA members this week despite concerns raised by residents that one of the two appointees also serves on the town’s police department. That has spurred town officials to begin looking at developing a code of conduct regarding how town employees should act while serving on elected and appointed policy boards–talks which are expected to continue during the new fiscal year.
