(Deerfield, MA) — Plans to open a new microbrewery in Deerfield make another regulatory stop tonight. The Deerfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the Treehouse Brewing Company’s plans to open a new facility in the former Channing L. Bete property off Routes 5 and 10. The Deerfield Planning Board held a similar hearing this week on the Treehouse company’s request for a special permit to operate the new facility, which, once open, would be Deerfield’s third microbrewery.
