ATHOL, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A proposed zoning bylaw change is coming the Athol voters in a Special Town Meeting this November.
The vote will seek to change the definitions of “family” and “boarding house” after the town held a hearing for the establishment of a sober house on Spring Street.
If considered a “boarding house” the sober house would require a special permit, that is not required for family dwellings.
