Demolition On Main Street Greenfield Prepares Location For New Fire Station

(Greenfield, MA) Mayor Roxann Wedegartner explained briefly the situation on Main Street regarding the demolition that is occurring at the proposed location for the new fire station.
“We have not closed on the property and cannot until all demolition has been done. No other details on the closing are forthcoming until the closing,” said the Mayor.
The location is still the top pick for the new station according to Greenfield Fire Chief Robert Strahan.
