(Greenfield, MA) Denny’s Pantry will remain closed due to the high transmission rate of COVID-19 in the state.

“As you know, the virus has affected our staff personally in recent days, and the health and safety of our employees and valued customers is of the utmost importance,” read the social media post announcing the closure.

The reopening date is not yet known. A few days ago Denny’s announced that a staff member tested positive for COVID-19. At that time, the decision was made to close for the weekend and a reopening of Monday, January 11 was set. Later, a decision was made to remain closed on January 11 and January 12.
