Drug Take Back Event October 24

(Franklin County, MA) Prescription Drug Take Back Day is this Saturday, October 24 from 10am-2pm.In Franklin County, there are drug take back locations in Deerfield, Greenfield, Leverett, Montague, and Sunderland. All locations are at the local police department. Prescription and non prescription drugs as well as vitamins will be accepted during the take back event. Original bottles can be used. Liquids, syringes, IV equipment, chemotherapy equipment and drugs cannot be accepted at this event. Since 2011, over 57,000 pounds of drugs have been collected.
