Dwight Gaddis, the former manager of the Franklin Community Coop who five years ago plead guilty to stealing funds from the cooperative, learned yesterday that he will not be required to repay all of the $75,000 that he embezzled. Gaddis has been on probation for the last five years and has paid $43,000 towards the total. A Franklin Superior Court Judge announced the termination of the probation after Gaddis made a motion to dismiss that the Northwestern District Attorney’s office opposed.
